Brent was an important part of the CEC for many years, serving on our board of directors and supporting the CEC through our Annual Golf Classic, Gala and much more. J. Brent Barrow, 55, was called to his heavenly home on Friday, August 2, 2019 after a 16-year battle with brain cancer. Brent’s life is a testament to his courage, strong faith and a love for others. He lived every day to the fullest and inspired family and friends to do the same.
The 2020 and 2021 CEC Brent Barrow Golf Classic drew record setting funds and tournament participants in support of Brent and the CEC mission. Funds raised will help support the Brent Barrow Learning Lab at CEC which serves as an education, workforce development and training facility.
Renovation plans are currently underway for the Brent Barrow Learning Lab!
