8:30 am. to 1:30 p.m.

Refresh BISD is an annual event hosted by CEC that brings together over 500 volunteers, businesses and churches to assist low-income families in the Birdville ISD. This year’s event will be held Saturday, August 3, 2024. Families receive backpacks filled with supplies along with nutritious food and eye exams.
