The 2021 CEC Love & Hope Hawaiian Nights raffle is a game of chance conducted for charitable purposes under the provisions of the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (CREA). The CEC, a Texas 501 c (3) nonprofit EIN #75-2231694, is conducting the raffle as a “qualified organization”. All proceeds from the raffle benefit the mission and services of CEC located at 6250 NE Loop 820 N. Richland Hills, Texas 76180, ph. 817-281-1164. Winner must be at least 18 years of age. Current CEC employees and Board members are not eligible to win.
